Custom Training Programs

Organizations typically have little problem identify over-arching issues that affect productivity, quality and worker morale, but are often at a loss to define how training and education can address these issues when considering an organization’s idiosyncrasies and uniqueness.

Custom training programs are designed around the singular challenges and unique characteristics of your organization. They are not one-size-fits-all.

Working with you and your supervisors, our business consultants will:

  • Meet to discuss challenges and gain an understanding of the problem
  • Define goals
  • Develop an appropriate curriculum
  • Develop materials
  • Provide training

Custom training is available as a fee-for service offering unless otherwise defined in your Capital EAP Services Agreement
