When you call or email Capital EAP, you’ll be connected with a trained and certified counselor who can answer your questions and make recommendations about the next step.

Sometimes we can resolve your issue or answer your questions immediately. Sometimes you’ll need additional steps or follow up. In either case, we’ll guide you down the best path to get you the assistance you need.

Be prepared to provide your name, employer and additional personal information. Everything we collect is confidential, secure and never provided to your employer.
