Integrating Spirituality with Mind and Body Well-being

Spiritual wellness need not have anything to do with religion. It does, however, directly impact personal wholeness in a compartmentalized and highly technologically-driven world. Individuals must meet very different expectations at work, home, or in a social setting and as a result, “wholeness” is often lost. People have spiritual needs which are as important as those of mind and body and in organizations, studies show that healthy spirituality contributes to workplace productivity, better morale, greater loyalty stronger teams, and happier individuals. This session is designed for anyone wanting to bring greater balance to their lives, and in particular, the role of spirituality in the work-place. It will help participants to better understanding the vital role spirituality, defined in a secular, non-religious manner, plays in overall work-life balance and well-being.
